The Hantaan virus rapid test is a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA)-based qualitative diagnostic kit designed for the rapid detection of antibodies (IgM/IgG) against Hantaan orthohantavirus (HTNV), the primary causative agent of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS) in Asia. This point-of-care test (POCT) enables on-site screening without specialized laboratory equipment, making it suitable for field use, outbreak investigation, and resource-limited settings.

The rapid test kit is intended for the qualitative detection of Hantavirus-specific antibodies in human serum, whole blood, or potentially other specimen types (such as nasopharyngeal swabs, depending on product variant).
